What we collect
When you submit a request form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, county or city, and a description of your roofing project. We do not collect this information through any means other than the forms you fill out.

This is standard web-server and analytics information, collected the same way on virtually every website; it isn't cross-referenced with a name or phone number unless you separately submit a request form.
How we use it

How we share it
Submitted information is shared within TPROCO's affiliated network -- the businesses and systems TPROCO uses to schedule, dispatch, and fulfill roofing requests -- so your request reaches the right team. Requests submitted through this site are routed into TPROCO's shared scheduling and customer system, the same system used across TPROCO's other service lines -- your request isn't handled by a separate, unrelated company. We don't sell your information to unrelated third parties.
Data retention
We keep submitted request information for as long as needed to respond to your request, schedule and complete any resulting work, and maintain our own business and warranty records. We don't have a fixed, published retention period beyond that -- if you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us using the number below and we'll address it directly.

We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through this site, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We can't guarantee absolute security of any information you submit, and neither can any website.
